Stages of Formation and membership “The Novitiate “
Novitiate is the central and basic phase of formation with regard to the mission of the society, and the time of special preparation for the first commitment. The main goal of this fundamental phase of formation is the religious spiritual deepening and instruction. The focal point is the study of the Holy Scriptures. The main elements in the process of religious deepening are: prayer, meditation and contemplation in various forms. That leads to a deeper understanding of the evangelical counsels and make the novice familiar with the nature, the purpose and nOVI the spirituality of our Society. (Cf. CC 106-108)
